Backstage News On Shane McMahon’s Role In WWE, Goldust Thinking Of Launching A Podcast

– Although it was announced this past Monday on Raw the brand split would be a vehicle for a television competition between Stephanie and Shane McMahon over who inherits the keys to the WWE kingdom, the reality is that Shane is merely a television personality with no front office position.

According to Dave Meltzer in this week’s issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Shane has told friends he has no idea how long he’ll even remain on television.

– Goldust is giving thought to launching his own podcast and is asking fans on Twitter to weigh in on the idea.
