– From last night’s WWE 24 special, WWE posted this video of Triple H, Sting and Vince McMahon backstage at WrestleMania 31:
– As noted, WWE kicked off their new partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America with a “Be A Star” anti-bullying rally in Miami on Monday. ABC News covered the event and spoke with Stephanie McMahon, who commented on her WWE character and ending bullying:
“This is not entertainment. We’re dealing with a real situation that needs to be addressed and it’s going to take all of us to change it and put an end to bullying.”
“I address it immediately that my character portrays a bully. But that’s my character. And we’re utilizing stories to tell messages. In reality, these are things that are happening and we need to give you the tools that you need to stand up in real life against these issues.”
