DirecTV Reportedly In Negotiations with WWE Over Pay-Per-View Events
– DirecTV is reportedly in talks with WWE about once again carrying their pay-per-view event.
DirecTV usually has their customer service operators refer callers asking about WWE pay-per-view events to the WWE Network. However, the operators were instructed not to direct callers anywhere for WrestleMania 31 because Direct is interested in getting back on good terms with WWE.
No word yet on other providers negotiating with WWE over pay-per-view events but the wrestling PPV business has been almost non-existent lately.
