The Headbangers Returning to WWE SmackDown Next Week

Former WWE Tag Team Champions The Headbangers will be working Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown from New Jersey, as revealed in the tweets below.

It appears they will be trying to qualify for Team SmackDown in the Traditional Elimination Survivor Series Match with tag teams from each brand. They returned to WWE TV earlier this summer to compete in the tournament to crown the first-ever SmackDown Tag Team Champions but lost to Heath Slater and Rhyno, who won the tournament.

Well, it looks like the Headbangers will have a chance to qualify for the #SDLive Survivor Series Team! Watch out Jersey, we're coming home!
