- We noted before that Xavier Woods has been suffering from an ankle injury. It appears the injury is keeping him off the WWE Royal Rumble Kickoff pre-show tonight.

The Kickoff match for tonight has been changed from The New Day vs. Tyson Kidd, Cesaro and Adam Rose to Big E and Kofi Kingston vs. Cesaro and Kidd. Rose will be in their corner.
