In response to fan speculation concerning her noticeably enlarged boobs, Nikki Bella confirmed on July 11, 2012 that she had indeed gotten her breasts done.
“Love how “Nikki’s” my boobs are trending worldwide! Ha what can I say… I wanted my own set of #TwinMagic 😉 haha Besos,” Nikki remarked on Twitter.
The Bella Twin would address her breast implants again during a June 2013 interview promoting Total Divas. Nikki stated to TribLIVE Radio, “On my time off [Nikki and her sister Brie Bella took a hiatus from WWE in 2012] I went and got my own set of “Twin Magic.” If The Bella Twins weren’t enough, I wanted my own twins.”
During WWE’s build-up to the John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt contest at WrestleMania 30, Nikki’s enhancements were acknowledged by the former Husky Harris. On the March 17, 2014 episode of Raw, “The Eater of Worlds” caused a little controversy online by referring to Nikki as Cena’s “plastic girlfriend,” a reference to the fact that her boobs are fake. Nikki later said that she was not upset with Bray, who informed her of the remark in advance.
“Right before it aired, he goes, “I’m just going to apologize now for something I said.” And I was like, “What?!” And everyone popped so huge backstage and I have to say like, this is what we signed up for, ya know?” Nikki said during an appearance on the Road To Wrestlemania 30 Podcast on ElvisDuran.com.
“We’re WWE and that’s what I love about WWE and Total Divas. [In WWE], I’m Nikki Bella, we’re in storylines, we’re these characters. And when it comes to Total Divas, I am Nicole, I am that real person. And hey, I spent a good $6,500 on making my own “Twin Magic” so if someone wants to make a comment about it, well then shoot. So be it. I’m comfortable in my own skin and so I’m the one that got ’em and trust me, I know it’s very noticeable. I mean, I have an identical twin sister.”
Nikki was once asked during a red carpet interview whether she gets tired of people asking about her assets.
“God, no! I paid $6,500 for these babies so I’m proud!” she told HollywoodLife.com in 2014. “There’s a reason why I bought them.”
