NXT Star Gets Engaged, Scott Steiner Bashes Ex-WWE Writer, Shane McMahon Added To Intro

– Scott Steiner doesn’t often mince words about his disdain for WWE and those in charge. When asked in a recent interview whether the WWE stars of today had the power taken out of their hands, he blasted a former writer.

“Oh f**k, without a doubt,” Steiner said in an interview with WhatCulture. “Back in the day when Macho Man and guy did their own interviews and everything. Now it’s a bunch of cookie cutters. Now you have two, three writers writing interviews for everyone. You have Brian Gewirtz, a little midget who probably never got any (expletive) in his life and he’s trying to tell people how to be cool. Give me a f**king break.”

Steiner also discussed splitting from his brother Rick Steiner in WCW in 1998. He said it was simply time to make the move because they had done everything. He also said that his attitude about wrestling changed and his character needed to reflect that.

– Shane McMahon has been added to the intro for WWE Superstars. The latest show also featured an ‘In Memory’ graphic for Chyna.

– NXT Tag Team Champion Jason Jordan revealed Saturday on Instagram that he is engaged to be married.
