WWE Looking for Hall of Fame Building, News on WWE's Superstar Contracts

Posted by Marc Middleton on 04/08/2008

- WWE is planning to launch a Hall of Fame facility in the next few years. Officials from the company have been looking at various sights over the years, including one in Orlando, Florida. Shane McMahon recently said that WWE is anxious to get it done, but nothing is confirmed yet. The company has been collecting memorabilia for years now and storing it in a warehouse that is under lock and key. Every piece of memorabilia that is collected gets dated and filed for future reference.

- WWE currently has 165 Superstars under exclusive contracts. The deals range from multi-year guaranteed contracts for the established Superstars to the developmental deals for the up and coming talents. WWE officials are starting to feel that it is more important to keep a large variety of talents on their rosters.
