Update on Sunny’s Recent Legal Troubles, Trial Set for December

Sunny

– WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has been ordered to go to trial on her recent charge of careless driving, driving with a suspended license and DUI. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 1st at 9am in Carbon County, PA where the status of her cases will be reviewed with the prosecution and her lawyers.

If Sunny and the prosecution cannot agree on a deal on or before that date, she will have to stand trial before a jury on December 7th.

We noted before that Sunny was charged on May 30th after being pulled over in a Walmart parking lot at 1:32am when she was seen hitting a curb. She failed the field sobriety test and a blood alcohol test showed a blood alcohol content of .253%, three times the legal limit. Sunny failed to appear at hearings on July 29th and August 21st. She was scheduled to be arraigned on September 3rd but it appears she did not show again as a bench warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Besides this case, Sunny still has two more cases to deal with as she was arrested on June 1st and June 20th.
