William Regal No Longer Appearing at WWE NXT “Takeover: London” Today

– WWE NXT General Manager William Regal will not be appearing at today’s NXT “Takeover: London” event after all as he had to return to the United States to deal with something related to his recent neck surgery. Regal tweeted the following:
