WWE SmackDown Viewership Down Against Election Night Coverage

Last night’s WWE SmackDown, a taped show with more Survivor Series hype and six-man action with The Wyatt Family vs. James Ellsworth, Kane and Dean Ambrose in the main event, drew 1.921 million viewers. This is down from last week’s show, which drew 2.187 million viewers, and a new low since going live on Tuesdays in July.

SmackDown was #40 for the night in viewership and #29 in the 18-49 demographic. Election coverage dominated cable last night with well over 100 million viewers total.

Election coverage also dominated network TV with more than 80 million viewers across the various channels.

In comparison, Monday’s taped RAW averaged 2.767 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.60 million viewers.
