Backstage News on TNA and GFW Working Together, TNA Stars at Tapings?, More on Jeff Jarrett’s Return
– There was a lot of talk at Wednesday’s TNA Impact Wrestling tapings that Jeff Jarrett’s return meant some sort of talent exchange between TNA and Global Force Wrestling. PWInsider has confirmed that part of the deal includes giving TNA talents the ability to work GFW events.
Furthermore, F4Wonline.com reports that there will be some form of TNA participation at the July 24th GFW TV tapings in Las Vegas. Magnus and others may be booked on the show.
PWInsider also reported that the promos by Jeff and Karen Jarrett on Impact were not scripted by TNA beyond Jarrett pushing King of the Mountain as “his match.” Most TNA talents, including Kurt Angle, did not know the Jarretts were there until five minutes before they went to the ring. Regarding Dixie Carter, it was noted that she acted like they were all long lost friends.
