Daniel Bryan Makes Main Event for Next Week’s WWE SmackDown

As seen on WWE Smackdown, a match was made for next week’s show between AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose. Smackdown General Manager Daniel Bryan just announced that if Ambrose wins, he will be the new number one contender to Styles’ championship.

AJ Styles is expected to be in one of the traditional Survivor Series 5-on-5 matches, so it’s unclear when and where the next WWE World Championship match will take place. John Cena is scheduled for Survivor Series as well but he could also be put into the Team RAW vs. Team SmackDown match. The next SmackDown-exclusive pay-per-view is on December 4th from Dallas, the TLC pay-per-view.
