One of SmackDown LIVE’s remaining spots in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match will be decided next Tuesday when Lana clashes with The IIconics’ Billie Kay.

This will be Lana’s first match on SmackDown LIVE in over seven months. She last competed on the show on October 17, 2017, where she teamed up with Natalya and Tamina in a losing effort against Charlotte Flair, Naomi, and Becky Lynch. Since then, she’s continued working house show matches, and also competed on WWE Mixed Match Challenge with Rusev as her tag team partner, the 30-Women Royal Rumble Match, and the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal. She’s worked matches during WWE’s ongoing UK tour where she teamed with Kay and Peyton Royce against Asuka, Naomi, and Lynch.

“The Ravishing Russian” is looking to join Rusev, who has already qualified for the Men’s Ladder Match. Lana is already having visions of she and her husband lording their contracts over Team Blue as Mr. and Mrs. Money in the Bank.

In this interview with Dasha Fuentes, Lana says she’s looking forward to her Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match against Billie Kay and that she plans to redeem her losses in life by crushing her. Lana’s promo comes off a bit odd as her Russian accent slips while talking about her failures and determination to chase her dreams.

Next week’s SmackDown LIVE takes place at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.
