She is a member of Chase University (aka Chase U) with Andre Chase acting as the dean who leads Hail, Duke Hudson, Riley Osborne and other WWE developmental talent portraying students.

Her real name is Madison Knisely, and she was born on September 9, 2003, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She began wrestling in 2021 on the independent circuit under the ring name Nikita Knight and wrestled two matches on All Elite Wrestling’s AEW Dark program. She joined WWE the following year and made her in-ring debut on NXT Level Up on April 5, 2022, as Thea Hail.
