Two More Raw Stars Joining SmackDown, Chris Jericho Hangs Out With SmackDown Star On A Flight

The B-Team

— WWE isn’t done shaking things up as two more Raw Superstars are expected to join SmackDown LIVE.

They are Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel, collectively known as The B-Team.

Dallas and Axel wrestled a dark match last Tuesday in Lincoln, Nebraska, falling to Heavy Machinery before SmackDown LIVE went on the air. According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter published Thursday, the former Raw Tag Team Champions are joining Team Blue. WWE, however, has yet to make the move official as both competitors are still listed as Raw Superstars.

The duo could be set for a change to their team name as well. PWInsider reported earlier this week that WWE recently filed a trademark for “B-Team University.”

— Former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho and SmackDown LIVE Superstar Xavier Woods ran into each other last night on a red-eye flight leaving Los Angeles International Airport. Jericho noted on Instagram that a man switched seats with him so that he could hang out with Woods on the flight.

— After joining SmackDown LIVE in the Superstar Shake-up, Liv Morgan did not appear on this week’s show. As the show was taking place, Morgan told her fans on Twitter that they will see her soon.

— On this week’s episode of SmackDown LIVE, Becky Lynch boldly declared backstage that she will defend both her titles at WWE Money in the Bank, putting her Raw Women’s Championship on the line against Lacey Evans and taking on Charlotte Flair in another high-stakes bout for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Flair, however, isn’t concerned with Lynch having two title matches at Money in the Bank. “The Queen” tells Kayla Braxton she’s only concerned with what lies in front of her.
