– This WWE RAW Fallout video features Titus O’Neil discussing his count out win over WWE United States Champion Rusev. Titus says he’s on a mission to win titles and this isn’t a new aggression from him, it’s been here. Titus says he has to make a name for himself and his family, and Rusev shook the wrong cage. Titus says he’s tired of sitting back and waiting to be a champion.
