WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match Set For WWE Super Show-Down

When WWE comes to Australia in October, Buddy Murphy will be challenging for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in his hometown.

WWE has announced that Cedric Alexander will defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Murphy at WWE Super Show-Down in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday, October 6. Alexander last defended the title against Drew Gulak on SummerSlam Kickoff, and their program has continued on 205 Live since.

Murphy wrestled in the main event of this week’s episode of 205 Live, defeating Kalisto.

This is the seventh match to be announced for WWE Super Show-Down, which takes place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and will air live on the WWE Network.
