Dolph Ziggler Also Out of Action Indefinitely, Storyline Injury Update from Monday’s RAW

– As noted, the storyline after Monday’s WWE RAW was that Dolph Ziggler was rushed to a local hospital and suffered some sort of throat injury after the attack from Rusev.

WWE updated their statement on Ziggler last night and noted that he’s out of action indefinitely and is suffering from a severely bruised trachea. WWE wrote the following:

Further evaluation by medical staff revealed that Ziggler is suffering from a severely bruised trachea. He was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being monitored overnight to make sure his windpipe didn’t close. He is having issues talking and swallowing and will be out indefinitely.
