Mercedes Moné Varnado is an American professional wrestler, actress and artist under contract to All Elite Wrestling. She wrestles for AEW under the ring name “The CEO” Mercedes Moné and is the AEW TBS Champion in her first reign.

Varnado also has the Queen of Southside Championship in her possession, but it is no longer active after it was unified with the RevPro British Women’s Championship to become the Undisputed British Women’s Championship.

Moné wrestles in Mexico for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). At AEW Grand Slam Mexico on June 18, 2025, in Mexico City, Mexico, she beat Zeuxis to capture the CMLL World Women’s Championship. Moné wrestles in Austria for the European Wrestling Association (EWA). On June 6, 2025, she beat Lexa Valo and Mila Smidt in a triple threat match to capture the EWA Women’s Championship.

Moné wrestles in Poland for Prime Time Wrestling (PTW) and in Italy for BestYa Wrestling. On July 27, 2025, she beat Diana Strong at PTW’s All About The Moné event in Koslow, Poland to become the inaugural Prime Time Wrestling Women’s Champion and the inaugural BestYa Wrestling Women’s Champion. Mercedes Moné wrestles in Scotland for Discovery Wrestling and is the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Champion after beating Emersyn Jayne for the title at the RevPro 13 Year Anniversary Show at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London, England, United Kingdom on August 22, 2025. Moné also wrestles for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) and its sister promotion, World Wonder Ring Stardom. She is a former NJPW Strong Women’s Champion, having held the title for 313 days. She surpassed Giulia‘s 249-day reign to become the longest-reigning NJPW Strong Women’s Champion ever.

Her full real name is Mercedes Justine Kaestner-Varnado, and she was born on January 26, 1992 (age 33) in Fairfield, California, United States. She goes under the name Mercedes Varnado for acting roles. She portrays Koska Reeves, a recurring character in the Disney+ space Western series The Mandalorian. Varnado is also known for her time in WWE from 2012 to 2022, where she performed under the name Sasha Banks.
