Shane McMahon Stood Up To Brock Lesnar During Argument With Vince McMahon

Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon got into a heated argument after WrestleMania 34 went off the air and Shane McMahon was involved.

Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet broke the story on Monday, saying that Lesnar was livid when he returned to the ‘Gorilla Position’ backstage immediately following his match with Roman Reigns and went off on the WWE Chairman.

Sources say the brief, but heated incident ended with Lesnar throwing the Universal Championship and walking away. Some say he threw it at Vince, while others say he threw it at a wall. There is word yet on what set him off.

On the post-Raw edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that Shane McMahon was with Vince and jumped in after the belt was thrown, almost acting like he wanted to fight Lesnar. There were words exchanged and it was a scene, but Lesnar left the Mercedes-Benz Superdome with Paul Heyman and that was the end of it.

Meltzer speculates that this could be a work to trick fans and even people in WWE, but the people who saw the incident did not think they were being worked.
