Who Was Originally Planned To Win The Money in the Bank Contract Ladder Match, WWE Diva Renames Her Finisher, Dean Ambrose

Sheamus

– Sunday night at Money in the Bank, Sheamus captured the Money in the Bank briefcase to earn a guaranteed WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match, defeating Dolph Ziggler, Kane, Kofi Kingston, Neville, Randy Orton and Roman Reigns. It was a last minute decision from WWE’s creative team department.

The Celtic Warrior was not the original choice to win the Money in the Bank Contract Ladder Match as WWE decision-makers had long planned for Roman Reigns to go over. There were also discussions of Dolph Ziggler winning, but Triple H ultimately decided to put Sheamus over in the annual contest.

– Naomi mentioned on Twitter that she has been forced to rename her submission maneuver, Slaymission.

A fan asked the WWE Diva on Twitter, “Are you gonna rename your submission?” She responded, “Yes bc I can’t use slay anymore.

The new name for her finisher, a headscissors crucifix choke, has yet to be revealed.

– The official WWE website has issued a poll asking fans whether Dean Ambrose deserves another rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship after coming up short against Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank. The voting options are “Yes, Ambrose almost won at Money in the Bank and proved he deserves another opportunity” and “No, he had his chance and came up short. It’s time for Seth Rollins to face another contender.”
