Check out these hot photos of Charly Arnolt, who performed for WWE from 2016 to 2021 under the ring name Charly Caruso. An American entrepreneur and media personality, she is a reporter for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and co-host of the online show, Members Club.

Her full real name is Charly Jean Arnolt, and she was born on July 14, 1987 (age 38) in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

Whether it’s in the ring after a hard-fought victory or backstage before a match, Charly Arnolt pulled no punches in asking the most revealing questions that WWE fans had on their mind.

With a background in broadcast journalism, Arnolt joined WWE in 2016 as an announcer for NXT under the ring name Charly Caruso. She became part of the backstage announce team for SmackDown in July 2016 and ultimately Raw three months later.

When working backstage on Raw, Caruso should have asked for hazard pay as her WWE Superstar interviewees were often unable to answer her questions owing to verbal and/or physical confrontations with rivals. Caruso somehow managed to keep her cool through it all.

Regarding her treatment, Arnolt wrote, “Skin by @shaferclinic. In addition to her backstage role on Raw, Caruso often moderated the kickoff show before pay-per-view events. The Indianapolis native deftly interacted with a rotating cast of opinionated panelists, and canvassed their predictions about what is going to happen later in the night.

After almost five years with WWE, Charly spread her professional wings elsewhere. And the destination she landed on was ESPN. News broke on March 30, 2021 that Arnolt had joined the sports network full-time. The versed broadcaster began with ESPN in September 2018 as a part-timer with spots on First Take and SportsCenter. In addition to those shows, she contributed to ESPN+’s weekday morning show, SportsNation, and other digital series across the streaming service.

There was a lot of online speculation about her WWE exit. What did she make of it?

“The contract was coming up. Instead of renewing, I’m moving on,” Arnolt told TV Insider. “Everyone is going to have their own opinions regardless. I never had any issues while I was at WWE. Nothing bad happened. As far as I’m concerned, I’m leaving on a positive note and beginning what I believe to be the next step in my career.”

Arnolt left ESPN in April 2023 to host a morning show for OutKick, a sports media company.

“I’m extremely excited to join OutKick and work alongside Clay [Travis, the founder] and a great stable of talent,” Arnolt said in a press release. “The outspoken nature of the platform and its ability to create engaging content is what really piqued my interest. I have a lot of opinions that I haven’t been able to express, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Arnolt began hosting OutKick the Morning on September 7, 2023. On the premiere show, she wore a T-shirt reading “Toxic Masculinity Is Hot” and hits the streets of New York City to debunk toxic masculinity. Her show aired on various platforms until March 2025, and you can listen to all of the episodes on Spotify.

In July 2025, Arnolt shifted over to an online show called the Members Club. She co-hosts the Members Club with conservative commentator Arynne Wexler, who calls herself “a nonlib girl in a crazylib world.” From personal stories to political fire, the duo set the tone for a bold, unapologetic new show.
