Candice Michelle shared a milestone celebrating her dedication to a regular yoga practice, hitting 200 yoga classes at a Texas yoga studio after being inspired by Trish Stratus. She posted this photo on September 16, 2026, on Instagram and wrote, “200 CLASSES.

“Consistency over time equals results.

“I still laugh thinking about where this started. My girlfriend Trish Stratus inspired me to try yoga… and the truth is, I hated yoga.

“I started in the back row, just trying to make it through class. Slowly, I found myself moving to the middle. And eventually, I made my way to the front row.

“Then my girlfriend Michelle said something that completely shifted my mindset:

“I treat it like it’s my job. I show up every single day.”

“So that’s what I started doing.

“I stopped waiting until I felt like going. I stopped needing motivation. I just showed up.

“And somewhere between class 1 and class 200, yoga became so much more than changing my body.

She is under contract to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (abbreviated as TNA Wrestling or TNA) in a behind-the-scenes role, working as an agent.

Candice Michelle works behind the scenes for TNA Wrestling as an agent, helping wrestlers put their matches together and expand their characters. TNA held Thursday Night iMPACT! events in Sacramento, California at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium on May 14 and May 15. Candice posted a video on Instagram from backstage at one of the shows talking about helping talent put together four matches.

“Jesus go before me and after me, take me to who needs me and protect me from those that don’t,” Michelle wrote in caption. “Grateful for the work @tnawrestling.”

When Candice Michelle broke into WWE in November 2004 under the character of a make-up artist, very few people anticipated her being anything more than eye candy. Listening to the whispers of doubt, she devoted herself to proving her critics wrong. Less than three years of stepping foot inside the squared circle for the first time, she reached the pinnacle of the professional wrestling industry by capturing the WWE Women’s Championship.

She was born Candice Michelle Beckman on September 30, 1978 (age 47) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. When Beckman was 19 years old, she moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in show business. She studied theater arts at Santa Monica College and gained acting experience at Piero Dusa Acting Conservatory in Santa Monica, California. It was during this time that Beckman adopted her middle name, Michelle, as her stage surname and became Candice Michelle.

After finding some success in modeling and acting, Michelle applied for WWE’s $250,000 Raw Diva Search in 2004. Though not chosen as one of the final 10 contestants, WWE officials felt that Michelle had potential and offered her a contract. At first, Michelle’s limited wrestling ability restricted her to non-competitive roles. While she enjoyed the attention she was getting, Michelle regarded herself as more than eye candy.

After undergoing extensive wrestling training from former Four Horsemen enforcer Arn Anderson, she became a legitimate threat in the women’s division. At Vengeance: Night of Champions on June 24, 2007, Michelle validated her worth when she defeated Melina for the WWE Women’s Championship, becoming the first person from the Diva Search to win a title.

Candice Michelle appeared on camera for the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC as she was introduced by Gia Miller at ringside as “multi-time women’s champion Candice Michelle.” Click here to see her TV appearance.

The victory capped off her incredible evolution into a dominant professional wrestler. Michelle kept her pretty face along the way as she appeared on the cover of Playboy and starred in multiple GoDaddy commercials that aired during the Super Bowl.

After losing the WWE Women’s Championship to Beth Phoenix at No Mercy on October 7, 2007, Michelle remained a top contender for the prestigious title, but a string of injuries prevented her from regaining the success she achieved before. WWE released Michelle from her contract on June 19, 2009.

In 1999, Candice moved from Wisconsin to Los Angeles, California to become a professional model and actress. This is one of numerous photo shoots she did during this time period in her life.

Michelle retired from wrestling following her departure from WWE and transitioned into motherhood. She had married KenGee Ehrlich, a chiropractor from Los Angeles, California, on May 7, 2005, and changed her personal name to Candice Ehrlich. They are the parents of three daughters: AkiAnne Rose, born May 23, 2010; Ryumi Grace, born October 20, 2012; and Aloha Von Ehrlich, born July 17, 2015.

“For me, it’s been an awesome transition,” Michelle said in a 2011 interview. “I think it’s because I loved my time at the WWE. I loved the people I worked with, and I felt blessed there. And then when my release happened, I think it came at a perfect time in my life. I don’t think I was quite ready to say, ‘I’m done,’ but when they released me, I realized that my life had a new venture. And then when motherhood came along, it was the best thing in the world.”

In a post on Instagram on January 24, 2026, Candice Michelle indicated that she’s affiliated with TNA. Michelle posted these photos of herself wearing a headset at a TNA event and wrote, “Agent, talent, or something in between? The next chapter is closer than you think… #StayTuned.”

Mila Moore commented, “My sexy agent!!” Michelle replied, “your the best! fire emoji).”

In professional wrestling, “agents” are backstage personnel (often retired wrestlers) acting as liaisons between management and wrestlers to structure matches and storylines.

Michelle’s entrance was not shown on television as Raw returned from a commercial break while she was in the ring. She then spoke on the mic and called out WWE Women’s Champion Melina for writing in a blog that Playboy cover models can’t compete with her in the ring.

“I myself am a Playboy cover model and if she has a problem with women like me, then just come out here, Melina, and do something about it,” Michelle said.

Melina appeared on stage and the two exchanged some vicious insults. Michelle then challenged Melina to a Bra and Panties Match with no title on the line, which Melina accepted. Melina then stormed the ring and their Bra and Panties Match was shown in progress after a commercial break. Click here to see their verbal and physical encounter.
