– WWE NXT Superstar Sami Zayn is in Birmingham, Alabama today, likely to have surgery on his torn rotator cuff.

Word is that the injury is something that has been haunting Sami since before he signed his WWE deal. The injury was re-aggravated during his recent RAW match with John Cena.
