Update on the Future of Money in the Bank, Backstage Ratings Talk, Foley

Posted by Marc Middleton on 03/06/2012

- Mick Foley wrote on Twitter last night that his options for working WrestleMania 28 are "running out" and that his chances of being a part of the big event are looking "somewhat limited."

- As noted before, last week's RAW with the live return of The Rock did a low 3.1 rating with 4.65 million viewers. There was a lot of discussion within WWE about what that low rating meant - considering The Rock's hyped return to confront John Cena did such a low number after they were expecting higher.

- There was talk this week of making the Money in the Bank ladder match a fixture at the SummerSlam pay-per-view, to make the event feel more special each year. There were rumors that the match and the MITB pay-per-view would be moved to July but at this point that's not confirmed. The only thing confirmed is the July pay-per-view, whatever it may be, has been moved from Las Vegas to Phoenix.
