WWE Raw Rating Increases, Ric Flair Not Backstage

- PWInsider is reporting that Ric Flair was not backstage at WWE Raw last night.
- Monday's episode of WWE Raw did a 2.9 rating with 4.28 million viewers. That's the low range of normal, rebounding from a near record 15-year low last week.
