Jillian Hall made her professional wrestling debut in 1998 at the tender age of 18. Jillian wrestled on the independent circuit as Macaela Mercedes. She worked in and around the independents until 2003 when she started working for Ohio Valley Wrestling.
Jillian joined Ohio Valley Wrestling in the spring of 2003. After a year of working without a WWE developmental contract, Jillian would finally land one in March 2004. Jillian generally wrestled as a babyface until early 2005 when she received breast implants. Her heel turn came about in a storyline where her implants leaked into her brain, causing her to become psychotic.
Towards the end of her tenure in OVW, she managed both Chad and Tank Toland. Hall quietly the promotion in the summer of 2005 because she was getting called up to WWE.
Jillian Hall made her WWE debut on the July 28, 2005 edition of SmackDown!. Hall debuted as a heel working under the gimmick of a publicist for the heel stable MNM. Using her PR magic, Jillian immediately went to work and secured the cover of Smackdown Magazine for MNM. Also, it was revealed that she had a strange "growth" on the left side of her face, thus causing the announcers to speculate on what it is. Jillian would eventually address the touchy matter to the audience as she referred to it as a "blemish." The "blemish" was eventually removed because The Boogeyman bit it off her face.
Jillian's partnership with MNM was short-lived as she was approached by JBL, who asked for help repairing his image. As JBL's Image Consultant, Jillian Hall guided her client to the United States Championship at WrestleMania as JBL defeated Chris Benoit.
Not long after this, she was fired from her assistant job by JBL. Jillian turned face and began a feud with Melina which would culminate in a match at WWE Judgement Day 2006 that Hall would win. As of late, Jillian has been in a face stable with Ashley
against heel stable Michelle McCool and Kristal Marshall.
