John Laurinaitis

John Laurinaitis, WWE's Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, is one of Vince McMahon's most trusted confidents and a respected company employee since he joined the organization in 2001.

Prior to entering the corporate side of the professional wrestling industry, Laurinaitis competed as Johnny Ace throughout the 1980s and 1990s before retiring from the squared circle in 2000. He worked for World Championship Wrestling in talent relations and operations from June 2000 until WWE's acquisition of WCW in March 2001. Laurinaitis continued to rise up the corporate ranks in the ensuing years; he was promoted to Vice President of Talent Relations for WWE in 2004; became Senior Vice President of Talent Relations in 2007; promoted to his current position of Executive Vice President of Talent Relations in 2009.

JOHN LAURINAITIS FEATURES

Laurinaitis was introduced to the WWE viewing audience during a worked shoot angle on the June 27, 2011 episode of Monday Night Raw as CM Punk dubbed the company corporate head a "glad-handed, nonsensical, douchebag, yes man" who would "tell (Vince McMahon) everything he wants to hear." He subsequently made an appearance at Money in the Bank as an associate of McMahon's. Under his master's orders, Laurinaitis stormed the ring during the WWE Championship Match only to be clocked in the kisser by John Cena.
