For the third time in less than 24 hours, WWE has announced that one of its Superstars has been suspended. On Thursday afternoon, Eva Marie joined the recently suspended Alberto Del Rio and Paige on the shelf for a violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.

WWE’s statement:

WWE suspends Eva Marie

STAMFORD, Conn. — WWE has suspended Natalie Coyle (Eva Marie) for 30 days effective immediately for her first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.

Despite the suspension, Eva Marie isn’t going completely silent on social media. In her first message since the news broke, she posted the following on Instagram on Friday afternoon.

Her husband, Jonathan, whom she married in a ceremony that aired on Total Divas, commented publicly on her suspension on Twitter a few hours after the news broke.

“When the public finds out why my wife was unjustly suspended they will be absolutely outraged! Official statement and facts coming soon,” he wrote.

His tweet was deleted on Friday.

It’s worth noting that a rep for the Total Divas star declined to comment on the suspension when asked by Fox News.

According to Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com, he was told by a source in WWE that top officials were made aware of Eva Marie’s wellness violation policy on Wednesday. This is unlike Roman Reigns, as WWE knew about his violation at least several days before making an announcement and before a pay-per-view match.

Eva Marie was scheduled to compete in a six-woman tag team match at SummerSlam on Sunday, along with Alexa Bliss, Natalya, Becky Lynch, Naomi and Carmella. An adjustment to the scheduled match has not yet been announced by the WWE.

She’s the sixth WWE Superstar to incur a wellness policy suspension thus far in 2016, and she’ll be eligible to return on Sept. 17.
