Update on SmackDown Tag Team Title Contenders, Carmella Responds to Criticism, Birthdays

– WWE NXT Superstar Elias Samson turns 29 years old today while former WWE, WCW and TNA personality Ed Ferrara turns 50 and former WCW star Lash LeRoux turns 40.

– As noted, tonight’s WWE SmackDown will feature The Usos vs. The Vaudevillains vs. The Hype Bros vs. The Ascension vs. American Alpha vs. Breezango in Tag Team Turmoil to crown new #1 contenders to SmackDown Tag Team Champions Heath Slater and Rhyno. WWE has confirmed that the title shot will happen at TLC next month.

– Carmella tweeted the following to a fan on Twitter who mocked other fans that say Carmella can’t wrestle:
