WWE Hosting Ultimate Warrior Event During SummerSlam Weekend, German Athlete to WWE?, NXT Night
– The St. Lucie Mets minor league baseball team in Florida will be having WWE NXT Night on Wednesday, July 22nd from Tradition Field. NXT Champion Finn Balor and Bayley will be appearing.
– WWE will be doing a major book launch for the new Ultimate Warrior book that comes out next month. Dana Warrior will be signing copies of the book on Saturday, August 22nd in Brooklyn at the Powerhouse Arena. There will also be Warrior memorabilia, the statue WWE had made and Warrior face-painting for kids.
– WWE Performance Center coach Robbie Brookside noted on Twitter that former German soccer goalkeeper Tim Wiese is working an upcoming WWE tryout but he quickly deleted the tweet. Wiese made an in-ring appearance at a WWE live event back in Germany last fall and indicated to the media that WWE wanted him to work a tryout and that his agent was in talks.
