WWE Superstars Hang with Celebrities on Vacation, More

- Former WCW and WWE star Konnan had hip replacement surgery on August 21st but was released from the hospital before the weekend was over, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Konnan is the booker of Mexico's AAA promotion but won't be the booker or writer for the new AAA series on The El Rey Network in the United States. However, he is expected to have some sort of involvement with the show.
- In regards to episodes of The Monday Night War on the WWE Network having two versions - one labeled Viewer Discretion Advised, the same label is on some SmackDown episodes from 1999.
- As noted, real life couple Lana and Rusev are vacationing in Hawaii this week. They hung out with actor Woody Harrelson, singer-songwriter Willie Nelson and actor Kris Kristofferson in Maui, as seen in the photo below:
