Enzo Amore
WWE executive Paul 'Triple H' Levesque and World Heavyweight Champion John Cena are said to be high on a developmental
wrestler who only began competing this year.
During Chris Hero's newly released "shoot" interview with RF Video discussing all aspects of his recent tenure in WWE's
developmental system, the former Kassius Ohno mentioned that Levesque and Cena are high on NXT talent Enzo Amore (real name
is Eric Arndt).
Levesque's support of Amore should not come as a surprise since the New Jersey native is a product of the world famous
DeFranco's Gym, where "The Game" and wife Stephanie McMahon vigorously train. Earlier this year, DeFranco's Gym released the
following video profiling Amore's boyhood dream of becoming a professional wrestler and his unique route to WWE (Triple H
was involved).
Amore had in recent months been appearing as the eccentric mouthpiece and tag team partner of Colin Cassady. His career
took a detour in November as it was reported then that he had suffered a broken leg and would be sidelined for six months.
For those unfamiliar with Amore, his WWE.com bio states, "Dubbing himself "Jersey's finest," Enzo Amore reps the Garden
State "like 225 on a barbell, 10 pounds of hair gel, steadily working on his swell." The realest guy in the room everywhere
he goes, Enzo Amore is a straight shooter. He speaks his mind at all times, and at an incredible rate."
