Lilian Garcia is best known as the ring announcer for WWE's RAW brand. She is also currently pursuing a career as a professional singer. Garcia has been singing since she was a small child in Madrid, Spain. In her early teens - by then Garcia's family had relocated to Columbia, South Carolina - she was singing with a band at clubs around the area. Garcia went on to graduate cum laude from the University of South Carolina.

Lilian Garcia made her WWE debut on the August 23, 1999 edition of Monday Night RAW as the predecessor to female ring announcer Mike McGuirk. Lilian has held the position as ring announcer ever since. During her time as the ring announcer for RAW, Lilian has occasionally been involved in WWE storylines. Her first run-in with a wrestler occured on September 13, 1999 when Jeff Jarrett put Lilian in the Figure-Four-Leglock. Later that year, The Kat threw Lilian into a pool of chocolate pudding. In 2002, Lilian had a minor feud with fellow announcer Howard Finkel, whom she defeated in an evening gown vs. tuxedo match.

Lilian's most notable storyline to date was her romance with the 500-pound Viscera. After weeks of pursuing her, Lilian finally became his girlfriend. She also accompanied him to the ring for a brief period of time. At Vengeance 2005, Lilian asked to marry him. However, Viscera had other things in mind as he dumped Lilian in favor of The Godfather's Hos. Viscera attempted to rekindle their romance a year later, but she only wanted to be friends with him. In return, Viscera hoisted Lilian up and sent her crashing to the mat with a thunderous Samoan Drop.
