Main Roster Superstars Return to WWE NXT, Update on NXT TV Tapings, Sasha Banks vs. Gionna Daddio

– The Gionna Daddio vs. Sasha Banks match taped tonight, that we mentioned in a potential spoiler report, may have been a dark match in between tapings.

– The next set of NXT TV tapings will take place on September 10th from Full Sail University. WWE taped three episodes tonight, including the August 19th “Takeover: Brooklyn” go-home episode. As noted, they will be taping 1 episode after Takeover on August 22nd but we’re not sure if that taping will air on August 26th or in September.

– Main roster Superstars Neville and The Ascension made their returns to NXT at tonight’s tapings. Neville worked a match against Kevin Owens and also teamed with Solomon Crowe to face Chad Gable and Jason Jordan. The Ascension faced the team of Rhyno and Baron Corbin.
