“Tough Enough” Competitor Daria Berenato Makes Her Wrestling Debut At NXT Live Event (Photos)

Daria Berenato, who competed on Tough Enough over the summer, made her wrestling debut at Thursday’s NXT live event in Orlando, Florida.

Before the main event, ring announcer Dasha Fuentes introduced Berenato as Daria, “The Jersey Devil.” Before Daria could speak, she was interrupted by Nia Jax. Jax threatened to give Daria a taste of what happened to Bayley on last week’s episode of NXT. Daria isn’t afraid and asks for a referee.

Jax made quick work of Daria as she handily defeated the former mixed martial arts fighter. The former plus-size model dominated the contest, minus one hope spot where Daria locked on an armbar.

Berenato, who was eliminated from Tough Enough during the third week of the show, was among the most recent class of performers to begin training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
