WWE Legend Recovering from Back Surgery, Rey Mysterio Wins Title for Santino Marella’s Group

– WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino, who turned 80 on Tuesday, is recovering from back surgery that he needed after suffering a fall when his leg gave out due to back problems recently. Bruno first realized he had the back issues during San Jose for WrestleMania 31, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Bruno’s leg isn’t back to full strength but he’s walking several miles, several days per week.

– Rey Mysterio won the Destiny Heavyweight Title on October 3rd in Mississauaga, Ontario. He defeated PJ Black (Justin Gabriel) and Ricochet in a Triple Threat. This is the fed that Santino Marella promotes out of his BattleArts Academy. Below are photos:
