– This Week in WWE History with Corey Graves and Cathy Kelley takes a closer look at WCW’s Fall Brawl 1995 with “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff receiving a pep talk from Gary Spivey:

– As was previously reported, the dark match prior to the WWE Cruiserweight Classic finale featured The Bollywood Boyz defeating Sean Maluta and Martin Stone. The referee in that contest was DA Brewer, who was signed to EVOLVE after one of their WWN Live seminars and tryouts. Brewer has also appeared on WWE SmackDown as a security guard this summer.

– According to PWInsider, WWE is already planning a follow-up to the Cruiserweight Classic for 2017 featuring an international array of female competitors. It should be noted, however, that talk of doing a tournament featuring non-contracted women has been floating around for several months.
