Bertha Faye may not have been the most attractive woman to set foot in the ring, but she may have been the most loved. Despite the fact that she dwarfed him, Harvey Wippleman adored Bertha Faye with every ounce of his being.
Wippleman first introduced fans to Bertha Faye in April 1995 when she attacked Alundra Blayze on an episode of Monday Night Raw. As a result of the assault, Blayze suffered a broken nose, which ultimately ignited an intense rivalry between the two competitors. At SummerSlam 1995, Bertha Faye flattened her rival with a sit-out powerbomb, enabling her to capture her first-and-only WWF Women's Championship.
Two months after winning the WWF Women's Championship, Bertha Faye found herself on the losing end of a Monday Night Raw rematch with Blayze. Shortly after losing the Women's Championship, Bertha Faye was never to be seen in a World Wrestling Federation ring again.

- Saturday would have marked as the 54th birthday of Rhonda Singh, who formerly competed in WWE as Bertha Faye. She died
on July 27, 2001 at the age of 40 in Calgary, Alberta. The nature of her death remains unclear to this day as it was never
reported. Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer stated in 2009 on the F4WOnline.com message board that she
"probably died of suicide." It has been rumored that a drug overdose caused her to suffer a heart attack.
