Backstage Update on ESPN’s Jonathan Coachman and WWE SummerSlam
– We noted over the weekend that it appeared ESPN’s SportsCenter would be covering WWE SummerSlam after current anchor and former WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman made some teases on Twitter.
F4Wonline.com reports that ESPN PR has confirmed to them that Coachman will be in Brooklyn covering SummerSlam for SportsCenter. Apparently it won’t be a full-blown “SportsCenter on the Road” presentation like with a major sporting event but Coachman will be there as an ESPN reporter.
