Spoilers: Two Big Lucha Underground Debuts, New Champion Crowned

– Rey Mysterio and Matanza Cueto, the mythical brother to Dario Cueto, made their Lucha Underground debuts at Saturday night’s TV tapings.

There was a 20-man Aztec Warfare battle royal held to determine a new Lucha Underground Champion and that was won by Matanza, who came in at #21 after being introduced by Dario. The match came down to Matanza and Rey, who came in at #2.

As noted, season 2 of Lucha Underground premieres on Wednesday, January 27th at 8pm EST.
