Tammy Sytch Could Be Going Back To Jail

Tammy Sytch (a/k/a Sunny) has plead guilty to a number of the DUI-related charges against her in the State of Pennsylvania as part of a plea deal and will be sentenced on Jan. 29 at 9:00 a.m. at Carbon County Court.

According to PWInsider.com, Sytch plead guilty to charges of driving under the influence in regard to her May 30, 2015 arrest in Mahoning Township, after Sytch was pulled over after driving erratically in a Walmart parking lot.

Sytch also plead guilty to charges of DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense in regard to arrests on June 1 and June 20. On June 1, State Troopers pulled Sytch over for a vehicle code violation at 9:35 a.m. Sytch was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test. On June 20, Sytch was arrested after she crashed her car.
