– It looks like the new WWE SmackDown announce team will be Byron Saxton, Jerry Lawler and Mauro Ranallo. As noted, SmackDown moves to the USA Network beginning this Thursday.

– Last Thursday’s New Year’s Eve edition of SmackDown, the final show on Syfy, drew 1.658 million viewers. This is down from last Tuesday’s Super SmackDown, which drew 2.264 million viewers, and down from the 2.332 million viewers that the previous Thursday episode drew.
