– Tonight on SmackDown LIVE, Daniel Bryan took on United States Champion Jeff Hardy for the first time, with a Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match against Samoa Joe hanging in the balance.

Bryan came out on top, beating Hardy via submission. Therefore, Bryan will face Joe next week on SmackDown LIVE, with the winner advancing to the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match on June 17.

Bryan celebrated this huge victory on his birthday, as he turns 37 years old.
