More on WWE Crowning a New WWE World Heavyweight Champion with Survivor Series Tournament

– As noted, a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned in a Survivor Series tournament after Seth Rollins was forced to vacate the title due to an injury suffered at last night’s WWE live event in Dublin. He’s expected to be out for 6-9 months with a torn ACL, MCL and medial meniscus. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins was set to defend his title against his former Shield “brother” Roman Reigns in a head-to-head battle at Survivor Series, but after Rollins suffered an injury that will keep him out of action for six to nine months, WWE’s most prized possession will now be on the line in a historic tournament.
