- No new matches for WrestleMania 27 and the SmackDown brand were announced on last night's show but they did further the Cody Rhodes vs. Rey Mysterio storyline. Dusty Rhodes returned to WWE TV and helped his son attack Mysterio.
- WWE announced on last night's show that The Undertaker will make his return to SmackDown TV on next week's show.
