At the ripe old age of 52 years old, WWE Legend Hacksaw Jim Duggan made his long-awaited return to World Wrestling Entertainment in 2006 after a thirteen year absence. He most recently appeared on RAW as a mentor of sorts to Eugene, not to mention as a tag team partner to Sandman.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan won the first ever Royal Rumble matchup in 1988 when he bypassed 19 other men vying for that honor.
He is also the only person in wrestling history to ever "knock out" Andre the Giant.

In 1998, Duggan was forced to take a leave of absence from the ring after he he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Fortunately for Duggan, he ultimately beat the disease. He made his return to the ring in April of 1999.

In 1994 while in WCW, Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated Steve Austin to win the United States Championship. He also held the WCW Television Title after finding it in a trashcan. He would keep the title until it was deactivated.
