Mason Ryan
Barri Griffiths is a Welsh professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment. He trains in their
developmental facility Florida Championship Wrestling under the name Mason Ryan.
It was reported in October 2009 that Griffiths had signed a developmental contract with WWE. Seven months after starting
in Florida Championship Wrestling, Griffiths won the Florida Heavyweight Championship on July 22, 2010, defeating Alex Riley
in a Triple Threat Match with his devastating finisher, the House of Pain.
Griffiths made his WWE television debut on the January 17, 2011 episode of Monday Night Raw by interfering in a match
between John Cena and CM Punk. After laying Cena out with an Elevated Side Slam, he kneeled in front of Punk and was
presented with a Nexus armband, signifying his acceptance into the group.
Griffiths has been noted for his striking resemblence to former WWE Champion Batista.
